A streamlined timesheet web application designed to make time tracking simpler, clearer, and easier to manage.
The product brings time logging, project tracking, and timesheet management into a single workspace, helping users record their work with less friction while giving teams a more structured view of submitted time.
My focus was to create a clean, practical interface that makes frequent actions easy to understand and keeps important time and project information accessible.

Challenge
Time tracking can quickly become tedious when users have to repeatedly enter information, understand project context, and keep track of submitted hours.
The challenge was to design an experience that makes these repetitive tasks feel straightforward while still providing enough structure for users and teams to review time accurately.
The goal was not simply to display more information, but to organize it so users could understand their current status and take the next action without unnecessary effort.

Process
I started by identifying the key tasks users need to complete around time tracking, from entering hours to reviewing and managing timesheets.
The experience was organized around the most frequent workflows, with clear navigation, grouped information, and predictable actions.
I developed the interface with a strong emphasis on readability, hierarchy, spacing, and reusable UI patterns to keep the experience consistent across the product.
The screens were iterated to reduce unnecessary steps, improve information clarity, and make common actions feel faster and more intuitive.

Result
The final concept delivers a focused timesheet experience with a clearer information hierarchy, streamlined workflows, and a consistent visual system.
The interface is designed to make time entry and review easier to scan, while reusable components help maintain consistency as the product grows.
